We are seeking an experienced, federally licensed Enrolled Agent to represent clients before the IRS across the full spectrum of tax resolution work — from installment agreements and Offers in Compromise to levy releases, wage garnishment releases, and audit representation. This is a client-facing role with direct IRS negotiation responsibility.
The Case Manager is the primary point of contact for 911 Tax Relief clients throughout their resolution journey. You bridge the gap between the client and the licensed tax professional team — managing timelines, gathering documents, communicating case updates, and ensuring every client feels supported from onboarding through resolution.
We are looking for a results-driven Tax Relief Sales Agent to convert inbound leads and conduct consultative outreach to taxpayers facing IRS problems. This is not cold-calling — you will be working with people who have already expressed a need for tax relief and are actively looking for help. Your job is to understand their situation, present the right solution clearly, and close confidently.
