IRS Representation

Enrolled Agent (EA)

Omaha, NE / Overland Park, KS / Sherman Oaks, CA / Remote Full-Time Active EA License Required

We are seeking an experienced, federally licensed Enrolled Agent to represent clients before the IRS across the full spectrum of tax resolution work — from installment agreements and Offers in Compromise to levy releases, wage garnishment releases, and audit representation. This is a client-facing role with direct IRS negotiation responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent taxpayers before the IRS and all IRS divisions (Collection, Examination, Appeals)
  • Prepare and submit Offers in Compromise, Form 433-A/F, and installment agreement proposals
  • Negotiate levy and wage garnishment releases — including urgent same-day cases
  • Conduct IRS transcript analysis to identify liabilities, statutes, and enforcement status
  • Represent clients in correspondence, office, and field audits through the Appeals level
  • Prepare and file delinquent and back tax returns using IRS wage and income transcripts
  • Communicate case status, strategy, and outcomes clearly to clients

Requirements

  • Active IRS Enrolled Agent license (required — no exceptions)
  • Minimum 2 years of IRS representation experience in a tax resolution environment
  • Working knowledge of IRS Collection processes, CSED rules, and CDP rights
  • Experience with OIC financial analysis and Reasonable Collection Potential calculations
  • Familiarity with IRS e-Services, transcript downloads, and IDRS data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Spanish language proficiency is a significant advantage

Client Services

Case Manager

Omaha, NE / Overland Park, KS / Remote Full-Time Client-Facing Role

The Case Manager is the primary point of contact for 911 Tax Relief clients throughout their resolution journey. You bridge the gap between the client and the licensed tax professional team — managing timelines, gathering documents, communicating case updates, and ensuring every client feels supported from onboarding through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for an assigned portfolio of active cases
  • Onboard new clients — collect financial documents, IRS notices, and prior return copies
  • Coordinate with EA team to prepare and submit IRS forms, Power of Attorney filings, and financial disclosure statements
  • Track IRS response deadlines, Collection Due Process hearing windows, and statute expiration dates
  • Communicate proactively with clients on case milestones, required actions, and IRS correspondence received
  • Maintain accurate case notes and status in the firm's CRM system
  • Escalate urgent enforcement situations (active levy, imminent garnishment) to EA team immediately

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a tax resolution, legal, or financial services environment
  • Understanding of IRS collection processes, notice types, and resolution programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills — ability to manage 30+ active cases simultaneously
  • Strong client communication skills: empathetic, clear, and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and document management systems
  • Associate's degree or higher in business, accounting, or related field preferred
  • Spanish bilingual candidates strongly preferred

Business Development

Sales Agent — Tax Relief

Omaha, NE / Overland Park, KS / Remote (all states) Full-Time High-Volume Outbound / Inbound

We are looking for a results-driven Tax Relief Sales Agent to convert inbound leads and conduct consultative outreach to taxpayers facing IRS problems. This is not cold-calling — you will be working with people who have already expressed a need for tax relief and are actively looking for help. Your job is to understand their situation, present the right solution clearly, and close confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from taxpayers seeking IRS tax relief, back tax help, and debt resolution
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the client's IRS situation, balance owed, and enforcement status
  • Present 911 Tax Relief's service offering and resolution programs in clear, non-technical language
  • Overcome objections with factual, empathetic, consultative responses
  • Close retainer agreements and collect initial engagement fees
  • Hand off signed clients to the Case Manager team with complete intake documentation
  • Follow up systematically with leads who need additional time or information
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and conversion rate KPIs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience — financial services, legal, or tax relief strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of IRS collection processes, levy, garnishment, and OIC (training provided)
  • Proven track record of closing inbound phone leads in a financial or professional services environment
  • Exceptional phone presence: empathetic, authoritative, clear, and honest
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive financial situations with urgency and professionalism
  • High integrity — no pressure tactics; we sell based on genuine eligibility and value
  • Spanish bilingual is a major competitive advantage

Compensation

  • Base salary + uncapped commission on closed cases
  • Top performers earn $75,000–$120,000+ annually
